Denver Marathon Training Injury Report Redux

After 2 weeks off, I decided to start back again. Schedule called for 5 miles today, but I decided to do 4. Felt pretty good most of the way, but felt stiffness at 3 miles. So, I walked it in from there. No sense prolonging the injury.

  1. Hey, Steve. Sorry to hear about the injury. Sounds a lot like the calf injury I had before IMMoo. Take it very easy, but if you feel okay, get some light, easy jogs in. Sounds like you're doing it right.
