My power on the bike seems to be staying strong (right about 310-315 watts FTP). So, I've decided to see if I can shed another 10 lbs and see how it affects me. Laura says I'm too skinny, and I know I am. This is not intended to be permanent. I just want to see how long it takes me to get where I want to be... and how to do it.
My clothes don't fit anymore. I'm absolutely swimming in everything. I can't stay this skinny or I'll have to buy an entirely new wardrobe.
