Marathon Training Summary - Week 5

Run training went a little off this week (and I expect next week, too), as we had friends from Texas in town, and we went on vacation to the mountains. I ran all of the workouts during the week, but my weekend runs went out the window.

On Saturday, I went to Boulder to ride the Boulder Peak Triathlon course again, because I'm racing the Peak next Sunday. Didn't get my race pace run workout in, because our friends Matt and Shauna arrived from Dallas that afternoon. Needless to say, the 14 miler on Sunday was history, too.
