This is week four of the Denver Marathon Training Plan (+ some swim & bike training) . Last week was a "rest" week, with some reduced training distances. Because of a mysterious issue with my breathing on one run, I skipped the "long run" the next day as a precaution. I suppose that if there is a "good" week to have a problem like that, this is the week. We'll see how the rest of the week goes.

| Sunday: | Long Run: 13 miles @ marathon pace minus 45 to 90 seconds |

Swim: ~2 hrs, 5500 meters
Bike: ~4:00 hrs, 78 miles
Run: ~4.5 hrs, 31 miles
