This is week six. of the Denver Marathon Training Plan (+ some swim & bike training). Last week was a not a great week for my run training volume, and this week looks to be even worse. Family commitments have me missing a lot of training. Fortunately, this is a "rest" week, so the volume is lower.
Plan for this week:
No plan. I'm on vacation, and will simply do what I feel like doing. Will probably run once or twice and ride a lot, since we'll be in the mountains.
